Here comes one of my passions - 20th century art - themed on my profession... I am not an art historian but have a long interest in 20th century art. I was working as a tour guide on weekends at Tate Modern, London from the opening in 2000 to 2005. The texts and descriptions are my own layman's opinion and art critics and historians might well have some different views. But art is there to be discussed, argued about and most importantly to be enjoyed. 

From the classic depiction of the back to symbolism or abstraction, from aesthetic views to injury and artists personal life stories. The artists and artworks will change on a regular basis, so come back another day if you are interested for the more lighthearted section of this website!
